APPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to create a toolkit with methods to implement a blended learning course (based on an existing e-learning course) on the topic of "Climate-induced Human Mobility". The toolkit is intended to provide a toolbox of methods, ideas, tasks, etc. that will enable colleagues and advisors in the field to design, plan and implement a programme - accompanying the existing e-learning course - suitable for the regional and partnership context with less effort (Graphics: (c) GIZ).
Assessment of 12 Pilot Projects

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the quantitative and qualitative assessment of 12 pilot projects in the framework of the sector programme "Religion and Development (SPRE)". The implementation of pilot projects gives a still young field of DC a broader scope to test concrete approaches of cooperation with religious actors, to develop new and innovative methods and to derive evidence of impact and overarching recommendations for action for German DC from the lessons learned. OnSITE Operations Training for GIZ

APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to conduct online trainings on GIZ's own IT solution "OnSITE Operations" in 2022 and 2023 (with option for 2024) to support GIZ staff and expert teams in using the digital application for project management worldwide. Within the scope of the contract APPLICATIO and its team of experts will provide online trainings in German, English, French and Spanish.
Impact of GIZ Sector Networks

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to develop a Theory-of-Change on the impact of GIZ's sector networks worldwide. The work of the sector networks (SN) is increasingly becoming the focus of the "effectiveness debate" (e.g. BMZ 2030). At present, the SNs work as knowledge management platforms (networks / communities of practice) at the activity level. In this context, impact assumptions and the results chain between activities and goals of the SN work (defined in the orientation framework) often remain unclear. The Theory-of-Change is intended to illustrate these interrelationships and make proposals for measuring impact.

e-Learning Development Cambodia

APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within the project "Multi-sectoral Food and Nutrition Security Project in Cambodia (MUSEFO)" to develop two e-learning courses. For the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, a course (WBT) on "Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture" and for the Council for Agriculture and Rural Development on "Investment Planning for Nutrition Sensitive Communities" will be developed.

SEQUA Project Evaluation Balkan

APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to conduct an evaluation of the Chamber and Association Partnership Project "West Balkan 6" (WB6). The partnership project brings together the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) IHK and chambers from the six Balkan states Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia. The aim of the project is, on the one hand, to strengthen the organisational capacities of the partner chambers and to promote their dialogue with politics in order to create better economic framework conditions. Another focus is to better organise the cooperation of the local chambers of commerce and to promote the regional umbrella organisation of the chambers, the "Chamber Investment Forum".
