APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the planning and implementation of three team workshops for the team development of the TVET Academy of the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of the GIZ and we will thereby support and advise the team of the Academy from 2023 to 2024 in its further development.

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the "Development of a Digital tool to Collect and Analyse Information on Non-tariff Barriers in the CEFTA region". The tool will consist of an online survey and be able to collect information from companies in the CEFTA Region regarding the Non-tariff barriers hindering them from doing business in the region and allow for analysis of such barriers to plan for mitigation action. 

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the "Technical Support (Seminar Assistance) for Online and Blended Trainings in the Academy for International Cooperation (of the GIZ)". Within the scope of the assignment APPLICATIO will support online and blended learning events of the AIZ technically and by providing moderators for one year and systematically make available experiences made with formats and methods. . 

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Chamber of Skilled Crafts Frankfurt-Rhein-Main to conduct a planning workshop for a chamber and association partnership with partners in Kenya. Together with the experts of the Chamber of Skilled Crafts and the participating partner institutions in Nairobi APPLICATIO will plan the activities for the next three years in detail and coordinate them with the project objectives. 

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Bildungswerk der Bayerischen Wirtschaft (bbw) gGmbH to conduct a planning workshop for a vocational training partnership project (BBP) with partners in South Africa. Together with the experts of bbw and the participating vocational training institutions on site in Johannesburg and Pretoria APPLICATIO will plan the activities for the next three years in detail and streamline them with the project objectives. 

In the context of its social engagement APPLICATIO successfully supported the Mongolian NGO "The Three Wisdoms - The Wonders Nursing" in applying for a micro-project of the German Embassy in Ulan Bator. On 20.10.2022 the grant contract between the German Embassy and the NGO was signed. It is planned to set up an internet portal on the topic of "Home Nursing " to support caring family members in caring for their seriously ill relatives.   

APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the project "Sport for Development" from the end of 2022 until the end of 2025. APPLICATIO will support the project and GIZ and its partners through facilitation, coaching and team supervision especially in the context of team workshops, operation planning and management feedback.

APPLICATIO has been selected by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH as a member for the pool of experts for project planning in the sector "Sustainable Economic Development" and will support project planning and development (short opinions, module proposals etc.) of GIZ for at least 24 months. APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the CPDAE network ("Direct Access Entities through the Community of Practice for Direct Access Entities") in its organisational development. Together with the network, a "Charter of Governance" is to be developed and "Committee Guidelines" will be drafted and agreed upon as well as a strategic development framework and an action plan.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to create an e-Learning course on the "Future of IT-enabled services". The overall goal of this course is to provide a self-paced e-Learning module for policy makers (state and societal actors) to gain knowledge, insights, and best practice approaches on the future of IT-enabled work in the Global Service Sector.
