eLearning Development Mongolia (EBRD)

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with the support of the Mongolian Tavan Bodg Group (Таван Богд Групп) and its import and logistics subsidiary Tavan Bodg International (tavanbogd-international.com) to provide digitally supported, company-wide learning (e-learning). The German-Mongolian team at APPLICATIO will be supporting the group's human resources department for around 18 months.
Project Appraisal Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan

APPLICATIO was commissioned by SEQUA gGmbH to review and plan a partnership project (KVP) between the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Germany (VdU) e.V. and Global Project Partners (GPP) e.V., as well as partner associations for women entrepreneurs in Nigeria, Kenya, and Pakistan. These associations are intended to expand the “Women in Business Network.”
SME Loop Certification and Implementation

APPLICATIO has been included in a framework agreement for the implementation of support programmes for SMEs worldwide by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). The approach ‘MSE Loop’ of the GIZ and the ‘International SME Loop Association e.V.’ is used for this purpose. With the certification of Thorsten Trede as ‘SME Loop Master Coach’, APPLICATIO is now ready to implement these programmes.
Moderation High Level Meeting "Pro Peace"

APPLICATIO was commissioned by Pro Peace (FoumZDF e.V.) to facilitate the meeting between the supervisory board and the executive board. The meeting serves to strengthen cooperation between the committees and will take place in a hybrid format with participants physically present in Hamburg and participants joining remotely from around the world.
Appraisal Mission CIF

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by SEQUA gGmbH to appraise and plan a partnership project of the Chamber Investment Forum (Southeast Europe, Western Balkans 6). As part of the review, APPLICATIO will examine the prerequisites for such a partnership project with the DIHK, prepare a review report, and, if necessary, plan the project for implementation.
Public Sector Reform Serbia

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to develop job descriptions for the public sector in Serbia. As part of the project, APPLICTAIO will develop job descriptions for all defined "job families" for the entire administration.
Training-of-Trainers GIZ

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the planning and implementation of virtual training measures for GIZ internal specialists. The webinars are designed to provide the specialists with skills related to the planning and implementation of virtual trainings and to support them in the development of virtual trainings.
Projekt Planning and M&E-Support

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Internationaler Bund (IB) with the planning and implementation of a detailed planning workshop for the new partnership project ProWOOD+ in Rwanda. In addition to the operational planning of the three-year project (financed by the BMZ via sequa), APPLICATOIO will also advise the project in the area of monitoring and the development of corresponding systems.
Crop Trust Workshop Bonn

APPLICATIO was once again commissioned by the Global Crop Diversity Trust (Crop Trust) to conduct a workshop on "Communication and Intercultural Communication" as part of an inception workshop for employees of the Crop Trust partners. The aim of the workshop is to promote co-operation and communication between the diverse employees. The workshop will take place in Bonn in February.
Evaluation Biomass Namibia

APPLICATIO was commissioned by SEQUA gGmbH with the planning and implementation of a project progress review (evaluation) of a chamber and association partnership (KVP) between the Bundesverband Bioenergie e.V. (BBE) and the Namibia Biomass Industry Group (N-BiG). In May, the evaluation and planning of a possible follow-up phase will be carried out on site in Namibia.
