sequa neuAPPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa (www.sequa.de) to evaluate and possibly plan a second phase for a vocational training partnership in Kenya. The Chamber of Skilled Crafts Hanover cooperates with Kenyan educational and business institutions in rural Kenya within the framework of a vocational training partnership (BBP) with the support of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

Within the scope of the contract APPLICATIO and its team of experts will provide online trainings in German, English, French and Spanish for about 147 people.  

sn.pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to develop a Theory-of-Change on the impact of GIZ's sector networks worldwide. The work of the sector networks (SN) is increasingly becoming the focus of the "effectiveness debate" (e.g. BMZ 2030). At present, the SNs work as knowledge management platforms (networks / communities of practice) at the activity level. In this context, impact assumptions and the results chain between activities and goals of the SN work (defined in the orientation framework) often remain unclear. The Theory-of-Change is intended to illustrate these interrelationships and make proposals for measuring impact.

Bild1.jpgAPPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within the project "Multi-sectoral Food and Nutrition Security Project in Cambodia (MUSEFO)" to develop two e-learning courses. For the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, a course (WBT) on "Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture" and for the Council for Agriculture and Rural Development on "Investment Planning for Nutrition Sensitive Communities" will be developed.

giz.jpgAPPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within a framework agreement with the planning and implementation of training courses around CapacityWORKS - the management model of German Development Cooperation - worldwide, both virtually and in presence.  The courses are aimed at GIZ employees who are responsible for the management and change processes of projects and external persons (experts and employees of the consulting industry working for GIZ) who provide support.  (Grachics: Wikipedia.org)

kvp_WB6.pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to conduct an evaluation of the Chamber and Association Partnership Project "West Balkan 6" (WB6). The partnership project brings together the German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) IHK and chambers from the six Balkan states Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Serbia. The aim of the project is, on the one hand, to strengthen the organisational capacities of the partner chambers and to promote their dialogue with politics in order to create better economic framework conditions. Another focus is to better organise the cooperation of the local chambers of commerce and to promote the regional umbrella organisation of the chambers, the "Chamber Investment Forum".

AFlag_of_Moldova.pngPPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH (funded by BMZ) to develop and pilot an e-learning course on "Data Use in the Policy-Making Process" for Moldova. The course will focus on the 2030 Agenda and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) The course will be used as part of the project "Supporting the Moldovan Government in the Implementation of the 2030 Agenda". 

LogoAPPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to conduct an evaluation of the second phase of the special project "German-Turkish Partnership for Vocational Qualification" (TAMEB). sequa is a beneficiary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project supports Turkey in alleviating the consequences of the refugee crisis. In the second phase, activities will be carried out in Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir.

gti_region.PNGAPPLICATIO was commissioned by the GIZ and the project "Support for Economic Cooperation in Sub-Regional Initiatives (SCSI)" to support the Greater Tumen Initiative (GTI) in setting up an association of chambers of commerce of the partner countries as part of the GTI structure.  The aim of the project is to provide sustainable and effective support for the establishment of the "GTI North-East Asia Chambers Association". Through consultation, research and interviews with relevant stakeholders, APPLICATIO conducts a needs analysis and analyses the needs of the private sector in the region and derives the objectives for the NEA Chambers Association.
