APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the planning and moderation of a team and strategy workshop for the conference management group. The objectives of the workshop are to create clear areas of responsibility and divisions, to jointly develop new processes and methods for daily challenges and to develop a clear understanding of the fields of activity and a common vision as a team
The areas of responsibility of the "Conference Management" group are wide-ranging. The two-day workshop aims to create clarity, develop strategies, define processes and strengthen the team.
