eLearning Development Mongolia (EBRD)

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with the support of the Mongolian Tavan Bodg Group (Таван Богд Групп) and its import and logistics subsidiary Tavan Bodg International (tavanbogd-international.com) to provide digitally supported, company-wide learning (e-learning). The German-Mongolian team at APPLICATIO will be supporting the group's human resources department for around 18 months.
Planning Workshop Sri Lanka for OAV

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Ostasiatischer Verein e.V., OAV (German Asia-Pacific Business Association) to plan and conduct a project fine planning workshop for a partnership project between OAV and partners in Sri Lanka. The project is financed via sequa by the German Ministry for Economic cooperation and Development (BMZ).
Expert Pool Sport for Development

APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to manage a pool of experts for the global project "Sport for Development". The experts will support GIZ in its project mainly in Central Asia and the MENA region in various activities (workshops, consultations, coaching).
Home Nursing Portal (German Embassy)

In the context of its social engagement APPLICATIO successfully supported the Mongolian NGO "The Three Wisdoms - The Wonders Nursing" in applying for a micro-project of the German Embassy in Ulan Bator. On 20.10.2022 the grant contract between the German Embassy and the NGO was signed. It is planned to set up an internet portal on the topic of "Home Nursing " to support caring family members in caring for their seriously ill relatives.
e-Learning Development Cambodia

APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within the project "Multi-sectoral Food and Nutrition Security Project in Cambodia (MUSEFO)" to develop two e-learning courses. For the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, a course (WBT) on "Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture" and for the Council for Agriculture and Rural Development on "Investment Planning for Nutrition Sensitive Communities" will be developed.
Project Evaluation Turkey

APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to conduct an evaluation of the second phase of the special project "German-Turkish Partnership for Vocational Qualification" (TAMEB). sequa is a beneficiary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project supports Turkey in alleviating the consequences of the refugee crisis. In the second phase, activities will be carried out in Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir.
