APPLICATIO has - in the frame of the Chamber and Association Partnership Programme between DIHK and Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) - been contracted by SEQUA to plan and implement a training programme for experts of MNCCI on Value Chain Development. APPLICATIO will be planning and implementing a one-week workshop and additional online coaching in October 2016.

Jointly with One World Consultants APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of GIZ to plan and implement a one-week training-of-trainers programme for participants from India. The learning journey is implemented in the frame of the GIZ programme “Strengthening Management Capacities for International Cooperation”.
Project Management Training China

APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ in China to plan and implement a workshop on Project Management (focus on tendering and development of offers) for the "The Greater Tumen Initiative (GTI)" in Beijing. The participants of the GTI Secretariat originate from China, Mongolia, Russia and Korea and will be enabled to make best use of tools and skill for the development of terms of reference and develop offers and applications for project.
E-Learning Coastal Biodiversity Management - India

APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit) to develop an e-learning course on "Biodiversity and Ecosystem Services for Coastal and Marine Protected Areas". In the frame of the project existing training material will serve as basis for the development of a new online course for the media.
Wertschöpfungskette Wolle Mongolei (2)

APPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA to develop a value-chain analysis for the wool-sector in Mongolia. The study aims at analysing the status quo in the wool-based value chains especially in the Arkhangai-Province (Aimag) and will serve as baseline for the partnership project between DIHK and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI).
