Jointly with One World Consultants APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) of GIZ to plan and implement a one-week training-of-trainers programme for participants from India. The learning journey is implemented in the frame of the GIZ programme “Strengthening Management Capacities for International Cooperation”.
The one-week training aims at discussing topics such as „Competency based training”, “Best international practices in e- learning and blended learning” and “Developing effective training evaluation matrices to ensure long term impact” in order to develop new approaches to be used in India. The specific aim of the capacity development is to qualify the participating trainers/multipliers on how to best contribute to create collaborative framework in Indian context for delivery of competency based training in leadership and social sector programmes.
APPLICATIO and One World Consultants are responsible for:
- Planning of the programme
- Implementation of the learning journey
- Assistance to participants
- Follow-up and evaluation/reporting.
