APPLICATIO implements a study-tour for Mongolian Top-Managers of the largest state-owned enterprises of Mongolia in September 2017 in Hamburg. In the frame of this study and information visit, participants inform themselves about know-how and technology transfer mainly in the sectors of mining, environment and logistics. The participants will be visiting the Hamburg-region and will - apart from short seminars on Leadership and Change Management - visit renown companies (so far planned:  Holsten-Brewery, Airbus, "Energy Hill", Port of Hamburg, Unilever etc.).

APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Civil Peace Service (ZFD) of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with developing a study on the future of the Peace Service in parts of the Philippines. Before the background of the critical security situation in parts of the Philippines the ZFD (Ziviler Friedensdienst/Civil Peach Service)  will have to withdraw five staff members from specific regions. APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to develop a capacity development concept and strategy for the programme "City Development Initiative Asia". In the frame of the "Centers of Learning" initiative cities are supported to learn from each other (peer-learning) based on best-practices to develop and implement infrastructure investment programme.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the Academy for Internationale Cooperation of GIZ (AIZ) in developing a business plan for the AIZ Training-Hub in Bangkok (Thailand).

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to plan and implement training measures for national staff of GIZ and national GIZ experts in Afghanistan. Before the background that GIZ will slowly but surely reduce the number of international and German experts in Afghanistan, the competencies of national staff and experts shall be increased. The training programme will start with a first workshop on "Creative and proactive approaches to problem solving and decision-making".
