APPLICATIO (jointly with  ICON Institute GmbH) has been selected by  EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) to plan and implement a project that supports business associations in Mongolia. The project aims at supporting about 20 business associations form all over Mongolia form end of 2014 to end of 2015 by assisting them in developing strategies, and planning for members' services such as training and advocacy.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to evaluate the Human Capacity Development (HCD) project for the Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Sector in Myanmar. The project is implemented by the UNEVOC Centre "Technical and Vocational Education and Training for Sustainable Development" (a cooperation of Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg and the Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF) and consists of various capacity building measures for TVET institutions, trainers, teachers and school principles/managers. 

APPLICATIO supports GIZ in the implementation of the results of the National Dialogue in Yemen by supporting and strengthening the Office of the Presidency in the frame of the "Transformation Support Programme (TSP). The programme supports the transformation process in Yemen in economic and political fields. The TSP is engaged in the most important topics of the transition and directly supports the national transformation strategy through capacity development in central and local administration.

APPLICATIO supports the programme "Private Sector Development South Caucasus" of GIZ by planning and implementing a stakeholder analysis of the tourism training sector in Georgia. The analysis aims at analysing offers, mandates and cooperation amongst the stakeholders in the training sector. Results will be discussed and presented during a stakeholder conference in the frame of the programme. 

APPLICATIO is contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammerabeit (GIZ) to support a programme that aims at supporting the transition process in Yemen towards a politically and economically stable partner country. The project starts with a stakeholder analysis and planning mission and will be implemented as a “Leadership Journey” later on.

Being contracted by "Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt (PTB)" APPLICATIO implements a project evaluation for a project in the Philippines. The project aims at developing an adequate quality infrastructure esp. for SME and the export sector of the country.
