APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) within the project "Multi-sectoral Food and Nutrition Security Project in Cambodia (MUSEFO)" to develop two e-learning courses. For the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, a course (WBT) on "Nutrition Sensitive Agriculture" and for the Council for Agriculture and Rural Development on "Investment Planning for Nutrition Sensitive Communities" will be developed.
The overall objective of the project is: "The nutrition and food situation of food insecure people in Kampong Thom and Kampot, especially women of reproductive age (15-49) and young children (6-23 months), is improved". MUSEFO supports the Council for Agriculture and Rural Development (CARD), the Ministry of Health (MoH) and the Ministry for Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF) through a multi-sectoral approach that combines health and agriculture interventions and focuses on four areas of action.
