APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the onboarding of the new team of trainers for internal leadership trainings at GIZ. In the course of numerous online sessions, APPLICATIO will introduce the team to the training, the concept, the processes and the tools used.
Now that APPLICATIO has already piloted the new concept for leadership training (BasiQ) and GIZ has identified a new team of trainers, onboarding is now underway. The APPLICATIO team of experts will introduce the trainers to the training programme and introduce all the tools, group tasks, methodology and didactics. The training for GIZ managers consists of five phases and will be conducted as blended learning online and in person.
