APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to conduct an evaluation of the second phase of the special project "German-Turkish Partnership for Vocational Qualification" (TAMEB). sequa is a beneficiary of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project supports Turkey in alleviating the consequences of the refugee crisis. In the second phase, activities will be carried out in Ankara, Istanbul, and Izmir.
GTI Chamber Association

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the GIZ and the project "Support for Economic Cooperation in Sub-Regional Initiatives (SCSI)" to support the Greater Tumen Initiative (GTI) in setting up an association of chambers of commerce of the partner countries as part of the GTI structure. The aim of the project is to provide sustainable and effective support for the establishment of the "GTI North-East Asia Chambers Association". Through consultation, research and interviews with relevant stakeholders, APPLICATIO conducts a needs analysis and analyses the needs of the private sector in the region and derives the objectives for the NEA Chambers Association.
Capacity Development African Union

APPLICATIO has been contracted (in cooperation and under leadership of commons sense, Austria) by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the African Union through capacity building for results-oriented, multi-year and gender-sensitive planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. This includes the identification of learning needs, preparation of training plans and implementation of trainings.
Evaluative Study Education Rwanda

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to prepare an evaluative study on the further orientation of Technical Cooperation in the core theme "Sustainable Growth and Training for Good Jobs" in Rwanda. The study is to focus, among other things, on partner orientation, employment potential (in the selected value chains) and efficient implementation.

(DVV) to plan and implement a training on "Logical Framework" and "Theory of Change" and will advise, train and support numerous specialists from Tajikistan in a series of webinars - supported by online coaching - in August/September. APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the AFOS Foundation for Entrepreneurial Development Cooperation (AFOS Foundation) to conduct a project appraisal and to support the project application to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). APPLICATIO will plan and carry out a virtual appraisal mission to Zimbabwe and submit a project planning in the subsequent appraisal report. This is the first assignment by the AFOS Foundation.

The Curriculum GlobALE is a cross-cultural core curriculum for the training of adult educators worldwide.
