APPLICATIO was commissioned by DIHK Service GmbH to conduct webinars for the Chamber and Association Partnership Project (financed by the BMZ via SEQUA) of DIHK with Chambers of Commerce and Industry in the Balkan region to improve the cooperation of the partner chambers in the field of joint economic research.
The project between the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) and the Chambers of Commerce from Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia and Serbia started on 1 September 2019 with the aim of supporting the chambers of the Western Balkans in promoting the implementation of the "Regional Economic Area" initiative and contributing to the improvement of national framework conditions, especially in the areas of trade, investment, digitization, and mobility. Project activities focus on strengthening the organizational capacities of Western Balkan chambers, improving networking with the Chamber Investment Forum (CIF), strengthening the chambers' lobbying activities, and developing services for SMEs.
