APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the project "Sport for Development" from the end of 2022 until the end of 2025. APPLICATIO will support the project and GIZ and its partners through facilitation, coaching and team supervision especially in the context of team workshops, operation planning and management feedback.
The global project "Sport for Development" will enter its fourth phase in October 2022 after the S4D approach has already been implemented in three sector projects since 2012. The global project will continue the topic of sport for development with a different focus and a new structure. The transition from sector to global projects, new structures, changing responsibilities, roles and forms of cooperation are challenges that need to be addressed strategically and specifically. This includes measures for planning and evaluating work processes as well as accompanying team processes.
