- Support for training courses (courses, learning environments, moderation)
- Support in the selection and application of tools (analysis, identification, training, use)
- Own tools for direct use (surveys, collaboration, coordination, learning environment)

Hamburg, November 2019: APPLICATIO supports the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, proclaimed by the UN on 25 November. Despite the adoption of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW) by the UN General Assembly in 1979, violence against women and girls remains a global problem. 
Hamburg, November 2019: APPLICATIO has been a member of the "Success Factor Family" network for many years and has submitted to its guidelines. On 11.11.2019 APPLICATIO has now also received the participation seal of the "Progress Index Compatibility" from the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs! It confirms that APPLICATIO attaches great importance to the compatibility of family and career and encourages the further development of offers for our employees.
