seal-of-the-libya-national-transitional-council-ntc-CEF365.jpgAPPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutschen der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to conduct three training courses on "Project Cycle Management" in Tunisia for the project "Support of Municipalities in Libya". The courses are intended to provide participants - civil servants from municipalities and ministries as well as selected national technical staff of the GIZ from Libya - with the necessary knowledge and skills in project management to work as municipal consultants.

reoad-map.pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to develop a road-map for the human resource development of GIZ (including national personnel), especially for Ethiopia and Djibouti. The road map covers around 1000 employees in around 20 countries and will apply from 2020 to 2022.

gti.jpgAPPLICATIO has been commissioned by the GIZ Project "Support for Regional Economic Cooperation in Asia" (SRECA) to conduct a workshop on "Proposal Writing" for partners of the Greater Tumen Initiative (GTI) in Mongolia. The participants should be able to develop regional projects and apply for funding after the workshop.

zambia_wappen.pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by the GIZ Programme "Partnerships for Prevention of Violence Against Women and Girls in Southern Africa (PfP)", Zambia component to plan and develop a “flagship project” with the police in the Southern Province. APPLICATIO was commissioned to analyse training needs and design training programmes (most probably using blended learning approaches) in order to support the police force in Zambia in the fight against gender-based violence. 

APPLICATIO was commissioned by GIZ to plan and implement an ex-post training evaluation of the capacity development measures implemented by the GIZ project "Better Migration Management - Horn of Africa" *financed by the EU and Germany). The evaluations aims at measuring results and impact of the various training measures implemented in Sudan, Kenya, Ethiopia and Djibouti.

sequa logoOn behalf of SEQUA gGmbH, APPLICATIO is carrying out a project evaluation for a vocational training partnership project between the Erfurt Chamber of Skilled Crafts  and vocational schools in South Africa. The project cooperates closely with Eastcape Midlands TVET College, Lovedale TVET College and Port Rex Technical High School. The evaluation  serves to determine the status quo (implementation) and, if applicable, to plan a further project phase or follow-up project.

spectaris_logo.pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by SPECTARIS - Deutscher Industrieverband für optische, medizinische und mechatronische Technologien e.V., to support the East African Health Platform based in Tanzania in the preparation of its business plan.

The focus of the project, which SPECTARIS is carrying out as a partner of SEQUA in East-Africa as an association partnership project, is to support and advise the East African Health Platform (EAHP) with the aim of strengthening its commitment and competence as a service provider for small and medium-sized enterprises and as a stakeholder vis-à-vis state institutions. There are also explicit plans for synergies for members of SPECTARIS, such as those arising from delegation trips or the use of contacts established locally.
