APPLICATIO was commissioned by GIZ (more precisely the Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) in GIZ) to develop a toolbox for international competence development. The aim of the contract is the analysis of the existing offers of AIZ, their clustering and documentation in standardised form including process description for each offer.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ)  with developing a Skills Development Framework for the global "Inclusive Business Action Network (IBAN)" project. The purpose of the assignment is to design a learning platform that will enable learners to plan their personalised learning processes and action plans to adapt their business models, to communicate and collaborate online and to acquire formal and informal knowledge with regard to the implementation of inclusive business models.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ) to develop a training concept and related training material for GIZ internal staff (procurement division) on the subject "Procurement above the EU-threshold".

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Forst Service GmbH (DFS) und Hessenforst with planning and implementing a comprehensive training-of-trainers programme in the frame of the programme "Promotion of sustainable management of production forests by forest companies in Vietnam". The programme is financed by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL). In the frame of the programme APPLICATIO will be training ap. 15 trainers and experts in training methodology and didactics and will coach them in-between training sessions.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by sequa gGmbH - Partner of German Economy - to evaluate a Chamber and Association Partnership Project in Palestine (financed by the German Ministry BMZ and implemented by the Chamber of Skills Crafts Cologne) in early 2018. APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to implement an online-training for GIZ Community Managers. APPLICATIO already supported GIZ in developing the concept for the online course. The online-training aims at enabling community managers to successfully manager their communities and develop new strategies also for virtual communities. Peer-learning and exchange of best-practices will play a major role in the concept.
