APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa (www.sequa.de) to evaluate and possibly plan a second phase for a vocational training partnership in Kenya. The Chamber of Skilled Crafts Hanover cooperates with Kenyan educational and business institutions in rural Kenya within the framework of a vocational training partnership (BBP) with the support of the University of Applied Sciences and Arts.

APPLICATIO has been contracted (in cooperation and under leadership of commons sense, Austria) by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to support the African Union through capacity building for results-oriented, multi-year and gender-sensitive planning, budgeting, monitoring, evaluation and reporting. This includes the identification of learning needs, preparation of training plans and implementation of trainings. 

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to prepare an evaluative study on the further orientation of Technical Cooperation in the core theme "Sustainable Growth and Training for Good Jobs" in Rwanda. The study is to focus, among other things, on partner orientation, employment potential (in the selected value chains) and efficient implementation.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to provide virtual consultancy and capacity building for network managers of the Sustainable Development Solutions Networks (SDSN) Sahel and Uganda. The consulting services cover the topics such as project management, M&E, communication, leadership, network management, member activation

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the AFOS Foundation for Entrepreneurial Development Cooperation (AFOS Foundation) to conduct a project appraisal and to support the project application to the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). APPLICATIO will plan and carry out a virtual appraisal mission to Zimbabwe and submit a project planning in the subsequent appraisal report. This is the first assignment by the AFOS Foundation.

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für International Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH with the preparation of a sustainability strategy for the project "Good Financial Governance in Zambia". APPLICATIO supports the project internally and with the partners (ministries and agencies) to plan measures for the remaining term to ensure the sustainability of what has been achieved so far.
