APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ to implement the project “Green Economy Training and Study Tour Facilitation”, supporting the green transition of Palestinian MSMEs and intermediary organisations. The assignment includes two interconnected components: a capacity-building programme in Amman (Jordan), strengthening the competencies of green service providers in ESG, Circular Economy and B2B service design; and a study tour in Germany, enabling chambers, associations, and policy representatives to explore best practices in sustainable industrial development.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to provide international content advisory for the development of a "Softskill Booster Training" for VET graduates and job seekers in Ukraine.

The project supports the Multi Donor Initiative Skills4Recovery by ensuring that training content - developed locally -is fully aligned with European benchmarks for transversal skills.  

APPLICATIO was commissioned by DIHK Service GmbH to plan and implement operational planning (including monitoring planning) for a chamber and association partnership between DIHK and the Chamber Investment Forum (CiF) of the Western Balkan countries (WB6). During the planning workshop, the current plans will be coordinated with the partners, detailed activities for the next three years will be planned, and a monitoring system will be developed jointly.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to plan and implement a project progress review (PFK) for the first phase of the chamber and association partnership between "Bauverbände NRW (BV)" and the Georgian "Fachverband für Arbeitsschutz Business Georgia (BusG)". As part of the PFK, the progress of the project in the first phase (3 years) will be evaluated together with the partners and, if applicable, a second phase will be planned on this basis.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft to plan and conduct a detailed project planning workshop for a vocational training partnership with partners in Kenya. The workshop will be held on site in Nairobi with the partners over three days and will allow the partners to plan and coordinate the project activities for the next three years in detail.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Germany (Verband der Unternehmerinnen in Deutschland e.V.) to plan and conduct a detailed project planning workshop for an association partnership with women's associations in Kenya, Nigeria and Pakistan. The workshop will take place online over several sessions throughout one week and will allow the partners to plan and coordinate the project activities for the next three years in detail.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by sequa gGmbH to carry out a project progress review (PFK) for the Chamber and Association Partnership between the German Biogas Association (FvB) and the Ukrainian Bioenergy Association (UABIO). The partnership, which is funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), aims to strengthen renewable energies and sustainable economic development in Ukraine.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) with the support of the Mongolian Tavan Bodg Group (Таван Богд Групп) and its import and logistics subsidiary Tavan Bodg International (tavanbogd-international.com) to provide digitally supported, company-wide learning (e-learning). The German-Mongolian team at APPLICATIO will be supporting the group's human resources department for around 18 months.

APPLICATIO was commissioned by SEQUA gGmbH to review and plan a partnership project (KVP) between the Association of Women Entrepreneurs in Germany (VdU) e.V. and Global Project Partners (GPP) e.V., as well as partner associations for women entrepreneurs in Nigeria, Kenya, and Pakistan. These associations are intended to expand the “Women in Business Network.”

APPLICATIO has been included in a framework agreement for the implementation of support programmes for SMEs worldwide by the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ). The approach ‘MSE Loop’ of the GIZ and the ‘International SME Loop Association e.V.’ is used for this purpose. With the certification of Thorsten Trede as ‘SME Loop Master Coach’, APPLICATIO is now ready to implement these programmes.
