APPLICATIO supports sequa (www.sequa.de) in planning a vocational education partnership project between HWK Frankfurt (Chamber of Crafts) and IHK Gießen-Friedberg (Chamber of Commerce) and local partners in Kenya. During a fact-finding mission potential partners are to be identified and a possible project is to be planned based on local needs.

Sequa is a non-profit development organisation, promoting the development of the private sector and its business membership organisations as well as vocational qualification. sequaʼs shareholders are Germanyʼs top business member- ship organisations (DIHK, ZDH, BDA, BDI) and GIZ.

APPLICATIO supports GIZ in its project "Transboundary Water Management in SADC" in the field capacity development for the SADC-Secretariat. The project aims at strengthening human, institutional and organisational capacities in the SADC water sector. In addition basin-wide water resources management plans will be developed and water infrastructure in different regions will be improved. Finally the programme develops tailor-made training programmes and information and knowledge management systems including awareness-raising measures. 

APPLICATIO supports the programme "Private Sector Development South Caucasus" of GIZ by planning and implementing a stakeholder analysis of the tourism training sector in Georgia. The analysis aims at analysing offers, mandates and cooperation amongst the stakeholders in the training sector. Results will be discussed and presented during a stakeholder conference in the frame of the programme. 

APPLICATIO supports the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in the conceptualization and planning of a Leadership Journey for the water sector in Egypt in the frame of the programme "Improved agricultural water productivity to enhance adaptation to climate change". The concept aims at developing leadership competencies amongst project stakeholders and in enabling and support change agents to implement change projects in the sector.

APPLICATIO assisted GIZ in developing a Tourism Training Platform in Namibia. The aim of the project is to bring together demand and offer for training in the Namibian tourism sector. On May 30, 2013 the platform has officially been launched by GIZ, the Ministry of Environment and Tourism (Namibia) and the German Embassy on the "eLearning Africa" in Windhoek, Namibia.

Being contracted by sequa gGmbH APPLICATIO conducts a workshop on developing certification standards for the TVET sector in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. As a result of the workshop all stakeholders are expected to agree on a training concept for assessors.
