The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) contracts APPLICATIO, in person of Thorsten Trede, as a member of the pool of Consultants for Impact-Oriented Monitoring. APPLICATIO is thus now available for all GIZ projects to assist in developing Impact-Oriented Monitoring Systems.

Being contracted by GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) APPLICATIO will - in close cooperation with other eLearning experts - assist Palama (Public Administration Leadership and Management Academy) of South Africa also in 2012 in developing eLearning offers for all its courses.

Being contracted by the Millennium Challenge Account Mongolia (MCA) APPLICATIO (in cooperation with PEM GmbH) finalised the project "Carrier Guidance System and Labour Market Information System Mongolia" on Mach 16, 2012 and handed over the results.

Being contracted privately (ETI Group) APPLICATIO plans and implements a study tour for Top Managers from Mongolian Oil and Energy Authority, Oil and Petrol importers as well as gas stations in February 2012. The participants will visit several companies and institutions in Berlin, Hamburg and Schwerin and will participate in APPLICATIO workshops on Private-Public-Partnership and Strategy Development.

Being contracted privately APPLICATIO plans and implements a study tour for human resource mangers from banks and telecommunication enterprises from Mongolia in February 2012. The participants will visit several human resource management departments and will participate in workshops on modern methods of human resource management.

APPLICATIO has - again - been contracted by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) to conduct workshops for high level management staff on "Effective Supervision" and "Teambuilding".

APPLICATIO assists "Kara Nawa Safaris" Namibia during its start-up phase by advising on new service product development and marketing for the tourism sector in Namibia.

Being contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) APPLICATIO evaluates the Project "Alumniportal Deutschland" and develops recommendations to optimise the portal and its activities in order to reach the project objectives.

Being contracted by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) APPLICATIO implements the project "Establishment of an Alumni-Network for Sustainable Economic Development in South East Europe". With this new project APPLICATIO further strengthens its position in the region.

The Health Division of GIZ contracts APPLICATIO to plan and conduct a workshop on "Health Management – Improving Decentralised Health Services"jointly with the  "University of the Philippines - Manila, Department of Clinical Epidemiology - College of Medicine.
