GIZ has contracted APPLICATIO to support the Akademie für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (Academy for International Cooperation) of GIZ to assist in optimising the training portfolio including an analysis of existing face-to-face trainings and online trainings, matching these offers and developing recommendations for the development of blended learning courses.
The initiative aims at adding eLearning course options to existing face-to-face workshops as well as offering options for pure online training in order to broaden the offer of AIZ for long-term experts preparing themselves for a long-term-stay abroad.
APPLICATIO overs the following tasks:
- Analysis of existing face-to-face trainings
- Analysis of existing online trainings
- Matching of both offers
- Development of recommendation for adapting the programmes
