APPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA to plan and implement a project evaluation mission for a Vocational Education and Training Partnership Programme of "Zentralverband des Deutschen Handwerks (ZDH)" and five Chambers and Associations in Northern India.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by West Mongolia Energy LLC to support its efforts to ensure energy productions and supply (electricity and heating)  in Western Mongolia. The private enterprise aims at establishing an own power plant in Uvs-Province on order to reduce electricity imports from Russia and make use of own resources. APPLICATIO supports the enterprise in developing project concepts, identifying financial resources and planning implementation.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by KfW (Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau) to develop a Feasibility Study to extend the training offers on "Wildlife Management" and the Campus of the University of Namibia (UANM) in Katima Mulio (Northern Namibia). The study prepares a project to extend the Campus and to develop new training offers for students from the whole SADC region.

IAEA

APPLICATIO and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) continue their cooperation in 2014. Again IAEA contracted APPLICATIO for the implementation of training measures e.g. on "Effective Supervision".

APPLICATIO (jointly with  ICON Institute GmbH) has been selected by  EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) to plan and implement a project that supports business associations in Mongolia. The project aims at supporting about 20 business associations form all over Mongolia form end of 2014 to end of 2015 by assisting them in developing strategies, and planning for members' services such as training and advocacy.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to evaluate the Human Capacity Development (HCD) project for the Vocational Education and Training (TVET) Sector in Myanmar. The project is implemented by the UNEVOC Centre "Technical and Vocational Education and Training for Sustainable Development" (a cooperation of Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, the Otto-von-Guericke-University Magdeburg and the Fraunhofer Institute for Factory Operation and Automation IFF) and consists of various capacity building measures for TVET institutions, trainers, teachers and school principles/managers.

Being contracted by EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) APPLICATIO - in cooperation with CEFE Serbia - supports the programme "Women in Business" of EBRD that aims to support businesses that are led by women. The programme includes the countries of the Western Balkans as well as Turkey, Egypt and soon other Countries of the Eastern Partnership. APPLICATIO mainly supports training measures within the programme in the frame of a two-year framework contract.

APPLICATIO supports (in cooperation with Namibia Nature Foundation; NNF) the Ministry of Environment and Tourism - with financing of Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) in setting up a Research and Development Centre for Bio-Products in Namibia. The centre aims at - in future - support value chain development and bio-product development and marketing in Namibia.

APPLICATIO supports the Ministry of Land and Resettlement in Namibia on behalf of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in its development by implementing a blended-learning course on Project Management, Leadership and Monitoring and Evaluation. The course will be implemented from October to December 2014 in Namibia and online.
