The Consortium APPLICATIO/ICON, consisting of APPLICATIO Training & Management GmbH and ICON Institute GmbH (with APPLICATIO being lead) has been contracted by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) to support 12 business membership organisations (BMO) in Mongolia in their further development. During the 18 month project a team of about seven international and around 15 national experts will support the Associations from all over Mongolia with individual coaching, workshops, conference, match-making activities etc.
Task of the Consortium include but are not limited to:
- Assessment o all BMO involved
- Joint development of individual action plans for development and support
- Implementation of individual and group support measures
- Promotion of other EBRD instruments within the BMO and SME eco-system
- Monitoring and reporting
