APPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ, more precisely the project "Support for the Harmonisation of Economic and Trade Legislation with EU acquis" to support the Albanian School for Public Administration (APSA) in developing E-Learning resources.
In the frame of the project APPLICATIO will support the Albanian School of Public Administration (APSA) to make use of E-Learning as training method for EU related topics. This includes the development of a E-Learning Strategy as well as support in developing an Learning Management System (LMS) and in developing first courses. In the first phase APPLICATIO will:
- Develop a Stakeholder-mapping
- Analyse the stakeholder interests and needs
- Analyse existing capacities and resources
- Develop a project implementation Strategy for the next steps
- Support in developing or implementing a learning management system
