Position: Trainer

Objectives, tasks and responsibilities:

• Trainer, facilitator
• Development of training programmes, methods and curricula
• Development of training materials
• Implementation of workshops, seminars, conferences
• Evaluation and reporting

Main areas of training

• Regional economic development
• Vocational training / education
• Marketing
• Soft-skills (communication, moderation, facilitation, presentation, negotiation etc.)
• Management & Leadership, Change Management, Organisational Development
• Project Management
• Training-of-Trainers / Training-of-Consultants
• Networks and network management

Requirements:

• University degree
• Min. 5 years of experience as a consultant, preferably in developing countries
• Technical expertise in the field
• Reporting and communication in English (prerequisite), preferably German, Spanish, French, Russian
• Experience in development cooperation
• Intercultural skills
• Ability to work in a team
