Hamburg, November 2019: APPLICATIO has been a member of the "Success Factor Family" network for many years and has submitted to its guidelines. On 11.11.2019 APPLICATIO has now also received the participation seal of the "Progress Index Compatibility" from the Federal Ministry of Family Affairs! It confirms that APPLICATIO attaches great importance to the compatibility of family and career and encourages the further development of offers for our employees.
The "Compatibility Progress Index" is an offer of the "Success Factor Family" company programme, with which the Federal Ministry for Family Affairs, in cooperation with business associations and trade unions, is promoting a family-conscious working environment. The aim is to make family-friendliness a trademark of the German economy. The index was developed jointly with the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) and the Federal Association of Personnel Managers (BPM) for company practice.
