APPLICATIO has been certified as a Fair Company by "Junge Karriere" magazine. This certification is givenFair Company to companies respecting ethical standards in their work and those who that give alumni/young employees a chance.
The five Fair Company rules are followed by APPLICATIO:
- We do not substitute full-time employee positions through interns or trainees.
- Graduates who applied for a full-time position do not get an internship position as an excuse.
- We do not recruit interns or trainees with the vague option to later get a full-time position.
- We offer internships mainly for a professional orientation during an educational phase.
- We pay interns and trainees an adequate salary.
