APPLICATIO was commissioned by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to develop job descriptions for the public sector in Serbia. As part of the project, APPLICTAIO will develop job descriptions for all defined "job families" for the entire administration.
Serbia needs a reliable administrative system for EU accession that is capable of carrying out the necessary harmonisation with EU regulations. In order to achieve reforms in the area of public administration, the Serbian government has drawn up the Strategy for Public Administration Reform PAR (2021-2030) and the Action Plan (2021-2025), within the framework of which the job descriptions are to be drawn up.
