APPLICATIO and SDG 13: Climate Action
Climate change is a global challenge and does not stop at national borders and its impacts are not limited to individual sectors, industries or population groups. Climate protection projects must therefore take numerous interactions into account.
Virtual Planning Workshop Uganda
APPLICATIO was commissioned by Fachverband Biogas e.V. to conduct a virtual planning workshop for a chamber and association partnership project (financed by BMZ via sequa). As a hybrid event with all partners of the project, the planning workshop will result in both a detailed annual plan and a three-year plan.
Project Evaluations GIZ
APPLICATIO has been selected by the "Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH" as a member for different pools for central project evaluations and will support central, external evaluations of GIZ projects for 24 months. APPLICATIO has been admitted to the pools for the topics of "Education" and "Climate, Environment, Resource Management". (Graphics: (c) GIZ)
Establishment of a Training Centre REDD+ in SADC
APPLICATIO assist the programme "Development of integrated MRV systems for REDD+ in the SADC region" of GIZ by assisting in the establishment of a Training Centre for REDD+ in the SADC. The project promotes the development of REDD+ MRV competences in the SADC region, and encourages regional cooperation and exchange between the SADC member states. As such, it contributes to the implementation of the regional SADC REDD Programme 2012-2015.
