E-WEB-Goal-17.pngNo state and no organization can solve the global problems of the present alone. Only through (global) partnership - in mutual respect, with common values - can the goals of Agenda 2030 and the SDG be achieved. 

APPLICATIO works with partners in all projects and also directly promotes the establishment and management of networks and partnerships between states, regions, organisations, institutions and individuals in special projects.

Project Cycle Management Course for GIZ

Seal_of_the_National_Transitional_Council_(Libya).pngAPPLICATIO was commissioned by Deutschen der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to conduct three training courses on "Project Cycle Management" in Tunisia for the project "Support of Municipalities in Libya". The courses are intended to provide participants - civil servants from municipalities and ministries as well as selected national technical staff of the GIZ from Libya - with the necessary knowledge and skills in project management to work as municipal consultants.

Project Planning Workshop West-Balkan

KVP WB6.jpgAPPLICATIO was commissioned by the Association of German Chambers of Commerce and Industry (Deutscher Industrie- und Handelskammertag, DIHK) with the planning and implementation of a fine planning workshop for a chamber and association partnership project in the Western Balkans. The workshop will bring together all participating chambers of the region to jointly develop an operational plan for three project years and set up a monitoring system.

Online Trainings for GIZ-Teams

As part of the contract, APPLICATIO will conduct around 70 one-and-a-half-hour online training courses in German, English, French and Spanish for around 125 project teams.

SDSN.pngAPPLICATIO has been contracted by GIZ to support the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) by developing a toolbox of networking tools and instruments (face-to-face and digital) that allows networking managers to effectively bring together the members and support their cooperation and communication.

Evaluation "Integrated Asset Management for Water Utilities in South-Eastern Europe"

The programme aims at strengthening the capacities of supported water utility associations and water utilities in Sout-East Europe with regard to integrated asset management.

Project Evaluation Palestine

Study Tour Training-Management South Africa

nsg_palama_logo.pngAPPLICATIO supports the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) in conceptualising, planning and implementing a study tour for 12 high ranking officials form the National School of Government of the Republic of South Africa. The Study Tour aims at showing and identifying possibilities to make use of E-Learning in training as well as selecting best-practices for the development of an integrated training management system (ITMS). The NSG is challenged with having to train about 30.000 civil servants in the whole of South Africa per year.
