APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Forst Service GmbH (DFS) und Hessenforst with planning and implementing a comprehensive training-of-trainers programme in the frame of the programme "Promotion of sustainable management of production forests by forest companies in Vietnam". The programme is financed by the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL). In the frame of the programme APPLICATIO will be training ap. 15 trainers and experts in training methodology and didactics and will coach them in-between training sessions.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) in the frame of a framework contract to plan and implement trainings for local consultants of the "EBRD Small Business Support Services (SBS)". By doing so, APPLICATIO supports the implementation of SBS of EBRD by supporting local consulting businesses.

APPLICATIO has - in the frame of the Chamber and Association Partnership Programme between DIHK and Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI) - been contracted by SEQUA to plan and implement a training programme for experts of MNCCI on Value Chain Development. APPLICATIO will be planning and implementing a one-week workshop and additional online coaching in October 2016.

APPLICATIO has been commissioned by sequa gGmbH (on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development) with the assessment and planning of two projects in Africa. Together with experts from sequa and the respective project partners, a vocational training partnership project in Namibia and a chamber and association partnership project in East Africa (regional) will be examined and planned. APPLICATIO has been contracted by  SEQUA to develop a value-chain analysis for the wool-sector in Mongolia. The study aims at analysing the status quo in the wool-based value chains especially in the Arkhangai-Province (Aimag) and will serve as baseline for the partnership project between DIHK and the National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI). 

APPLICATIO has been contracted by SEQUA to plan and implement a project planning mission for a Vocational Education and Training Partnership Programme of "Bildungswerk der Wirtschaft Mecklenburg-Vorpommern" (BWMV) e.V. und employer federations and vocational education institutions in Southern Caucasus.
