APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to develop a study on Success-Factors of Multi-Actor-Partnerships (MAP). The focus of the study is on factors leading to success or failure of such cooperation and cooperation of projects with such partnerships. The study is to develop best-practices and lessons learned for future projects and cooperation of GIZ.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by sequa gGmbH - Partner of German Economy - to evaluate a Chamber and Association Partnership Project in Zambia (financed by the German Ministry BMZ and implemented by the Chamber of Skills Crafts Frankfurt Rhein-Main). APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to assist the Sector Network for Good Governance in Sub-Saharan Africa in planning and implementing the Governance Days in Accra/Ghana. Main focus of APPLICATIO's involvement will be the development of a concept for integration of face-to-face participants and virtual participants during the conference. In addition, APPLICATIO will be moderating the conference and training about 10 co-facilitators for moderation of working groups.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH to develop an online-training for GIZ Community Managers. APPLICATIO already supported related face-to-face conferences in the past. The online-training aims at enabling community managers to successfully manager their communities and develop new strategies also for virtual communities. Peer-learning and exchange of best-practices will play a major role in the concept.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutschen Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to develop a capacity development concept and strategy for the programme "City Development Initiative Asia". In the frame of the "Centers of Learning" initiative cities are supported to learn from each other (peer-learning) based on best-practices to develop and implement infrastructure investment programme.

APPLICATIO has been contracted by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) to develop a study on "Models and Options for Financing and Governance of the Platform Partnerships2030" in the frame of the project "Platform for Multi-Stakeholder-Partnerships (MSP)".
