CapacityWORKS Trainer

Position: Trainer

We are looking for additional trainers to strengthen and expand our existing pool of trainers.

Objectives and tasks:

• Preparation of training courses (based on a concept provided by the client with specified materials)

• Conducting training courses in the trainer tandem worldwide and virtually

• Evaluation and reporting

Main training topics

• Capacity WORKS (Cooperatio management of GIZ for development projects )
• Cooperation management

Requirements:

• Education: Completed academic degree (Master's or Magister/Diploma) from a university or college or equivalent qualification
• Language: English (C1) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
• General professional experience: 5 years of experience in designing and delivering training courses in adult education on various training topics
• Specific professional experience: 7 years of consulting experience in designing capacity development processes, 5 years of consulting experience in systemic organisational consulting at all CD levels, experience in delivering virtual courses and seminars via MS Teams
• Professional experience in the country of assignment: 5 years of experience (implementation and consulting) in the field of Capacity WORKS in German development cooperation partner countries
• Experience in the field of development cooperation: 7 years of experience in consulting on German development cooperation/international cooperation projects
  Other: All pool members have systemic qualifications/training in systemic consulting

• Exclusion criteria: Capacity WORKS certificate required
